Near the north Greek town of Veroia (Veria), we can find the town of Naoussa which is not very know itself. But in its proximity, there is a vast forest park with a frequently visited little church of Agios Nikolaos which is a popular place for a trip for the Greeks. Plenty of fresh green vegetation, a rivulet running through the park that doesn’t dry up even during the hot summers (something really unusual in Greece), the posibility to sit in the shade and listen to the birds singing - all that makes the forest park a kind of  a natural miracle the local Greeks like to take pride in (no matter how this may seem incomprehensible to the tourists coming from countries where a forest park is something ordinary).
