The nautical museum on Chios that has a long tradition, like on most Greek islands, can be found in the very town centre on a two-storey restored villa with beautiful pantings on the ceilings. In this charming space, you will find maritime documentation, models of ships and their real parts, paintings and photographs. There are lectures on history and maritime transport held regularly in the museum. The museum has a free entrance and it is open daily except Sundays.
