Aradin - Aradena
On the ruins of an ancient town, the settlement of Aradena was built, stretching on the border of a gorge of the same name. Half a century ago, all its inhabitants became victims of a vendetta and since then it is a ghost town. One of the well-preserved edifices is the Church of the Archangel Michael from 1546 with a cross dome, built from ancient construction material. After a partial reconstruction, there is an open-air museum.

Jak se tam dostat
From Chora Sfakion, there are hairpin roads leading to a plateau; after passing through the village of Anopoli with a small roundabout, continue up to the bridge over the Aradena chasm. There you can park your car and continue to see the former settlement of Aradena.
