The beaches are sandy ones, yet with a rocky seabed, protruding from the sea here and there. The rock is stretching several dozens of metres to the sea just under the sea surface, providing shelter to a great number of fish species and warer animals, and at the same time working as a natural breakwater. The water on the boundary of the sea and the beach is calm, and nicely warmed in the shallow bends and pools. Given the calm and warm water and rich undersea life, the place is suitable both for families with children and the lovers of snorkelling.
