Agia Ekaterini is a charming little church in the Ios capital. Above its main entrance, you will find an adorable bell tower, and on its very top, a snow-white cross. The whole building has the colour of freshly fallen snow and it abounds in several ornaments like vaults and small windows. The perfect purity of the shapes is completed by a flower garden and the original pavement all around. This religious edifice is said to have been built in the place of a former temple dedicated to the very God of Apollo.
