The Damatria Beach is about 200 m long and it is located in the south of Karpathos, right opposite the little island of Mira about 1 km away. 

The southern part of Damatria beach is covered with sand and soft pebbles. It has all the basic equipment and given the gentle slope into the water, the beach is also suitable for families with children.

The northern part of the beach is rather rocky and offers more privacy. Therefore it is sought after by nudists and those who like beautiful sea, crystal clear water, loneliness, and peace.
