Those interested in history and precious artifacts can see the collection from the local sites in the Archaeological Museum in the Lesbos capital of Mytilene. The two buildings of the museum are a significant piece of local architecture, yet what they are hiding in their interior is even more rare: the statues, ceramics, stone sculptures, coins, mosaics, little objects, documents and more give evidence of the rich history of Lesbos and the whole Greece.
