Syvota is a nice seaside resort located in the Epirus region almost opposite Corfu. The town has a peaceful, almost sleepy atmosphere. You will find there enough tavernas, shops and cafés near the seaside promenade.

From the small port in the town centre, there are pleasure boats departing to the nearby islands of Antipaxos, Paxos and Corfu. You can also rent there a motorboat.

The indented coast is lines by fresh green vegetation, with the picturesque bays forming plenty of little intimate beaches inviting to take a rest.

The beaches near Syvota are both sand and pebbles ones, or mixed. The bigger of the beaches have all the necessary background - umbrellas and deckchairs, tavernas, bars, and a choice of water sports. The crystal clear blue and green water is inviting to go snorkelling.

If you want to go for a trip, you can visit e.g. the nearby town of Parga with a Venetian castle.
