The more than easy to the eye cathedral built in baroque style and dedicated to St. John is located in the Santorini capital of Fira. It doesn´t belong to the oldest ones since it was restored to is current appearance after the earthquake in the 1950s but it still has its own unique charm. Especially the beautifully adorned church tower with a clock is truly impressive. In the interior, the scenes from the life of the saints stand out, and in general the solution of the interior is very original in terms of colour.
