Agnontas Resort

Agnontas is a small seaside town with a port. When the wind is strong, there are feries landing that would otherwise continue to the island capital.

Despite the port, the water there is very clean, with the local beach being rather small. It is a peaceful resort, with a few tavernas offering traditional Greek cuisine.

Hiking trips

In case the small beach in Agnontas doesn´t satisfy you, you can walk to the 1.5 km distant sandy beach of Limnonari. About 2 km far away on the other side, you will find the Amarandos promontory. The path to it is an unpaved road leading partially through a forest.

Agnontas has a bus connection both with the capital and the surrounding resorts.
