The museum of the island folk traditions is basically a repreentation of the lifestyle of the locals in the past. The visitors will be literally taken on a trip to the past since you can see there rooms equipped with furniture just like if they were just abandoned by the then inhabitants. This open-air museum can be found in the village of Pigadakia only a few kilometres of the resort of Alykes in the island interior.
