Nei Pori Resort

Near the godly Mount Olympus, there stretches a popular recreatioal resort called Nei Pori. All those yearning for a true holiday with everything that belongs to it will find this nice place only a few kilometres south of the bigger resort of Leptokaria.

Who is Nei Pori suitable for?

Being a classical holiday resort, Nei Pori is frequently visited mainly by familes with children. The local beach can be enjoyed by all, also because with its area, you will always find there some space despite the great number of people. So, you don´t really need to be afraid that you wouldn´t enjoy your stay at the sea because of crowds of tourists.

What to do in Nei Pori

The centre of Nei Pori offers plenty of entertainment both for adults and children. Your offspring will be certainly delighted by children´s attractions, while you can go shopping. In the local markets and little shops, you can choose from the great variety of foodstufss, souvenirs, and other goods, while on a market which is held regularly, you can buy especially fresh foodstuffs.

In the resort you can stay mainly in private suites and rooms, or in a hotel. From there, you can set off to live your little adventures. During the night, the town´s surroundings become lively with the music and dance in the bars and nightclubs. If you are searching for something more peaceful though, you can visit some of the many local tavernas, cafés and restaurants, all of them offering a nice sit-down and delicious Greek dishes.

During the day, besides idling on the beach, you can go for a trip. The best option is to rent a car, a motorbike or a bicycle in some of the local rental services. A more romantic option though is a tourist train that will take you for a ride to see the historical sites in the surroundings. Of course, you will also find there public transport between the resort and the surroundings, including Thessaloniki.
