The Katharos Beach is usually calm and rarely overcrowded. It is hidden among rock cliffs and high walls, and you can get there on foot (and of course on a boat as well). It is about a 15-minute walk from Oia. Once you walk outisde the village, you will see trail marks that will guide you downwards to the sea. There should be a small bar on the way. The beach itself is rather rocky, but still it provides a beautiful view and peace. If you are at least a bit sporty, you should definitely visit the Katharos Beach. Only don’t forget to take enough water.
