Agios Theodoros is located on the westernmost promontory of Karpathos and offers a total peace and privacy. The beach is protected by a high cliff, and the bay where it is located, is quite shallow, so, the beach is hidden from the wind, huge waves, and has nice warmed water. And with its rich undersea life, the Agios Theodoros beach is one of the best places on the island. On the rock on the beach, there is a small church where the day of St. Theodore is celebrated on 8 June, which is a lively festival with  plenty of food, drinks and fun. Otherwise the place is practicaly abandonned. It is situated about 25 km from Pigadia and 7 km from Arkassa.
