Kalathos Resort

Kalathos is not a resort in the true sense of the word - it is a tiny village located on the main road cloase to Lindos. The village can be found 1 km from the coast, and like in case of other resorts in this area, the Kalathos resort bears its name only because of the village in its proximity. The truth is that the ´Kalathos resort´ is formed by one luxury hotel complex that can be found on the long and wide beach stretching from Haraki to Vlicha, and that is all. Yet the complex is fully equipped - it has tennis courts, a few swimming pools, restaurant with live music, programmes for children, a minigolf court... In Kalathos there are also shops with basic goods. For more variety, you can take a bus and visit Lindos.

Who is Kalathos suitable for?

The Kalathos resort is suitable for those who are willing to spend their holiday in luxury, going for walks on the long beach and bathing in the sea. The sunsets there are truly romantic; many of the suites have their own swimming pool, it is all surrounded by green vegetation, but you will find there nothing of the Greek atmosphere. On the other hand, if you like to travel and are planning to rent a car, Kalathos is a perfect point of departure to spend an active holiday. All the beautiful places can be found really close, so you can drive there and enjoy the peace and comfort of all resort at the same time.
