Pefki Resort

Unlike most other resorts on Rhodes, Pefki stands out for being an original fishing village located on the very coast. As an ancient town and with its old housing development, Pefki has grown into a nice resort combining the atmosphere of a peaceful fishing village with modern accommodation facilities including small family suites but also luxury hotel complexes. The road passing through the town is not a main one, it goes outside the resort towards the interior, to the traffic there is not really busy. Pefki is a good point of departure to go for trips elsewhere on the island, and no matter where you are staying in the resort, you will be satisfied. 

Pefki beaches

Pefki has a couple of beautiful sandy beaches, The main one, Pefki Beach, which is about 700 m long, offers complete background including sports activities and refreshment. In the close surroundings, there are several smaller beaches, offering hidden places, partly hidden from the bustle of the surroundings world. You will find a stone promontory in the direction of Lardos.

What to do in Pefki?

When you get weary of sunbathing or you will just want to go for a walk in a nice environement, all you need to do is get up and go. The hotels and suites have been incorporated sensitively into the original housing development, with gardens, shops, tavernas and bars on both sides of the street almost everywhere, some of them open till the morning. Some parts are peaceful and romantic, while others have bustling nightlife, so there is something for everyone. In combination with the ubiquitous green vegetation, beaches sloping gently into the water and the general background of the resort, you will see that Pefki is suitable for all, including families with small children.
