Goudouras Resort

Goudouras, a town with a little less than one thousand inhabitants, surrounded by canyons and mountain ranges, is located about 37 east of Ireapetra and Agios Nikolaos. Thanks to its location, the whole area has been used for growing olive trees and greenhouse vegetables. The place itself lives at its own pace and tourism is not really on the rise there.

What to do there

In the town with the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, you will find a few traditional tavernas with fish specialities, little shops, and the houses of the locals with rooms for rent.

Goudouras beach

Along the coast, there stretches a long pebbly beach, slightly equipped here and there. Near the few tavernas you will find umbrellas with deckchairs.
