Almiros Resort

The holiday resort of Almiros can be found on the north of Corfu between the well-known and popular resort of Acharavi, including its extended part and the small holiday centre of Agios Spiridon. Acharavi is located only two kilometres far away and the island capital of Kerkyra can be found 32 km far.

Activities and tourist background

In the centre of the calm town, you will find suites, a few tavernas, and a minimarket with a relatively wide choice of groceries. About two kilometres from Almiros in the direction of Acharavi, there is a waterpark with lots of water slides. With its location in the foothills of the mount Pantokrator, among sandy beaches and a nature reserve, Almiros is also a perfect point of departure for hiking trips and nice walks to the surroundings.

Beach

The beach with a soft sand and very gentle entry in to the sea has been made for water pleasures for families with small children but also less experienced swimmers.
